I went down a road that was meant to be funny. And it still is funny. But along the way I bumped into another idea which was not only funny, but had a certain “je ne sais quoi.” Becasue I am a fickle sort, I have dropped the first idea in favor of the second. Dropped is not exactly the right word. I have put the first idea on the back burner, while I explore the soft sublte fullness of this other idea. The first idea isn’t going anywhere, so why not play the field?
OK, that came out sounding a bit harsh. Oh well … sucks to be the first idea I guess.

Does anybody get to hear or see any of said ideas? Or is the second idea too great to mention while the first is hardly even worth bringing up?
Eventually all the ideas get their day in the phosphor sun. It’s just that some are more fun for me to draw and ruminate about than others. It’s purely a mood thing. This week’s first installment had to do with a rivalry between elves and gnomes and biscuits (cookies). I will spare you the punch line. It is still worth doing, and I am sure it will make it to the top soon enough. I have placed it on the back burner in favor of a living chair made from the tree of a Dryad. She only lets certain people to sit upon her. Don’t ask me why, but I find that terribly engaging.
